Few weeks ago I created an account with 1xbet and deposited using my first bank MasterCard from their Visa and Mastercard in BANK CARD option and everything went well.
But I have been trying to make a withdrawal since last night without luck. I clicked on withdrawal and chose my Bank in the BANK TRANSFER option, filled in my account details and submitted only for it to get rejected with the message: “I can only make withdrawal through the channel/option I deposited”
Contacted their support and he kept saying the same thing despite trying to explain things.
He said I can only make withdrawal using my card number
I tried withdrawing using the BANK CARD option like I deposited it was the same error, I went back to BANK TRANSFER and filled my card number instead of Account number and it was approved only to get a message “Denied by operator” later.
I am confused the last thing I heard from the support was they have transferred the issue to their specialists and the last time I heard that nothing was done when I had a failed deposit issue.
The Card I deposited with is a First bank mastercard (debit card) which I don’t think it’s possible to receive money on and I can’t use my bank details because I didn’t fund with Bank transfer.
What Can I do please

have you used the bonus you were given wen you made your first funding?.......i use 1xbet well and I withdraw without issues?

point of correction......the only valid point in your post is the bonus they give......every other thing isnt true......1xbet is better in every other aspect.....confirm your infos b4 posting pls
