Please do you repair rechargeable mist fan, I woke up to a fan not showing that it's charging. I plugged to the power source but it didn't indicate that it's charging. What do I do?

please my andrak mist fan does not work than 30min on battery again and I went to buy another battery but it only lasts for like 1hr, is it the charging part that is responsible, l would have brought it to u but my place is far as l am residing in calabar, l found out it charges full fast and discharge fast

please teach me how to work on the charging part of my andrak mist rechargeable fan, the charging bar is just scrolling up and down and after short time shows battery full, thereafter the battery will work only for about 30-40 minutes & runs down.
