sleeping paralysis is a condiction that tkes place when our mind is awake but our body is not!!have heard alot of stories about it and some sound scray!like in a case where a guy saw this naked lady with very large canine teeth,the lady just stood in front of him and kept smiling so he could see the teeth!the guy could do nothing or say nothing other than to stare at the lady who kept smiling!!his heart almost exploded and when he was finally awake,his bed was very wet from sweat lol!

another scenarior was when this guy saw a very big bird enter into his rom and perched on him,he was just weak an lifeless to even say choo choo to the bird!

a lady once explained how someone came to her sleep to strangle her and she was almost giving up the ghost before her son walked in and tapped her!though it is said to be an illusion ,but some sleeping paralysis get so real and scary!

Sleep paralysis is a condition when ur brain wakes up but haven't sent a signal to ur body, so ur body is still asleep. Demotic attack is demonic attack

but both happen in your sleep,and they get you paralysed right?

Yes correct. But in sleep paralysis u don't see figures or images or anything. U'l just be unable to move ur body
