OBJ is a pure clan with the Highest Selfishness you could found in any Human being from the time of Eden. He wanted 3rd term as President but could have the guts to advise PMB to step down so that No Nigerian could break his Records? Is this Matthew a Christian or a Traditionalist?

Let's see how serious we are about removing PMB; like this post if you have your PVC and will vote against him and share if you don't have your PVC yet.

President Buhari has the fundamental right to contest again, just like every other citizen of Nigeria. In Nigeria politicians do not win elections by their performances, they win by the sentiments of region, ethnicity, Hate, love, party affiliation etc.

I really do want President Buhari to contest for 2019 presidential election ... if he loses; we will know that Nigerians has been set free of these sentiments that have held them down over the years.

let me ask simple questions, will the Yoruba's leave there own ( Osibanjo) if he contest with Buhari for 2019, will the northern vote against their son come 2019 and is APC ready to loose power so soon? I leave you to answer...

I repeat!!! I want the president to contest again and let Nigerians prove a point if they can.

Remember in 2015 after all said and done about GEJ, the people of south south and south east held onto GEJ and gave him all their votes... if same play out in 2019 (that is if Buhari decide to contest) sure you already know who will win.... grin

Actually the way people term buhari as the son of the North is actually not that accurate. There are other prominent northern politicians that are vying for the ticket on other platforms. For example if kwankwaso decamps to pdp and bears the ticket, I know for a fact that the north would be split down in half between the two of them. Considering kwankwaso owns kano state. Other northern leaders like sule lamido, atiku even makarfi to say the least may be able to dent buhari's standing in the north.

I am rather bedazzled by the articulation made by this old thief and corrupt ex head of states OBJ he is lost, and started spewing gibberish,
all i what i know is that nobody can defeat pmb.
pmb is going to win 2019 election.
he's the right man for the seat.

No well thinking politician will form a political party now that the elections are just a year away.

Don't be so sure. They won't need to start a new party but merge parties just as APC was formed in 20I5. Plus with the right resources too... Which baba has. But only if this is his intention

these people just think they can wake up any time election is getting closer and promise us anything and we would fall for it.

Nigerians must beware.

Nigerians must shine their eyes.

Obasanjo joined in echoing "Change"

His hand was in "Transformation agenda" too.

before transformation agenda, it was he himself involved since 1999.

It is now they remember youth and Women.

Promising "Speed" and what?

Speed to where?

speed is nothing without direction and

power is nothing without control.

I have said my own ooo..

make we dey manage this "Change" dey go than to go fall for another one chance of "Speed"..

Lets keep the fate. Nigeria go better under buhari and after Buhari 2nd term.

i hope you know the Southwest has a larger Muslim population than Christian ? And the people who really vote are firmly under tinuubu s wing ? If Muslims and Christians vote along religious lines , Muslims will win simply because they are more !

Thanks to Obasanjo for leading the way. Although he was instrumental in foisting the incompetent bigot on Nigeria, it is honorable that he has admitted his mistake and is trying to help correct that mistake.
In his letter, he spoke the mind of the majority of patriotic, well meaning Nigerians.

Hmmm, if this is true then obasanjo is angry for not having political influence on APC or PDP, so he is determined to create a party where he would single handedly dictate it decision. If obasanjo really want change as he claims, he shouldn't have go after PDP and APC governors and senators, he should recruitment new blood and start a movement. OBASANJO was pained after he returned from Liberia and saw how George weah was doing "boy boy" for Helen jonhson sirleaf and the present president of Nigeria and the past one did not do such to him....

Not true.

Here we go again! A nation of full of impatient people. This must leave that must go..on and on and on. We live same pattern of life. We brew one national topic for discussion at a time, generate heat and then keep matching on . Yesterday it was herdsmen and today is Buhari must go. Who knows the next topic. With due respect, Obasanjo has been given ample chances to do more than he achieved on power, employments, economics, agriculture, infrastructures etc. They are still not adequate during and after his tenor. He knows that governing Nigeria is not an easy task. He could have gone to PMB and chip in his advice privately as a state man. If a naked man keeps rejecting or is selective of firewood in the harmattan, he may die of cold. Nigerians we must think twice all the time.

has anyone see this joke

A British doctor says:
"In Britain, medicine is so advanced that we cut off a man's liver, put it in another man, and in 6 weeks, he is looking for a job."

The German doctor says: "That's nothing,
in Germany we took part of a brain, put it in another man, and in 4 weeks he is looking for a job."

The Russian doctor says: "Gentlemen, we took half a heart from a man, put it in another's chest, and in 2 weeks he is looking for a job."

The Nigerian doctor laughs: "You are all behind us. Two years ago, we took a man with no brain, no heart, and no liver and made him President.

Now, the whole country is looking for a job!"

Share with your friends, don't laugh alone.

Poor english. ' Has anyone seen this joke?'

The Raw TRUTH is, it will be a tug of war for president Buhari to go back to the villa come 2019.

No such chance especially as the major parties (APC & PDP) have already zoned the presidency to north; therefore who from the north can actually defeat him should he decide to seek re-election; moreover time has already ran out for any new party or coalition such as the one being proposed by OBJ to effectively mount a serious challenge - I predict more sad times for those who hate Buhari because he is likely to continue as president for the next 6 yrs.

I really want to see all these your point play out in 2019, As I said in my previous comment, let Buhari and Osibanjo contest and let Nigerians prove a point if they can. I really will have hope for Nigeria if election will be won by "performances"

this same OBJ that is talking about performance was the one that made it possible for GEJ to be president of Nigeria... GEJ was a deputy Governor when OBJ was president and a Governor when same OBJ was still president, is OBJ trying really hard to tell Nigerians that he knew nothing about Bayelsa state when GEJ was their, judging by GEJ's performance is he supposed to be nominated as a vice let alone a president. Nigerian voted for him massively in 2011. I repeat Buhari and Osibanjo should please contest let Nigerias prove a point if they can... If they lose I will really be happy knowing there is Hope for Nigeria

you have raised some valid points but I was shocked when I told about the turn out at inec office close to me.hundreds who previously were apolitical queued up to get their PVCs

people are not longer non challant when it comes to voting. people in the south are better enlighted.thanks to social media.

buhari had overwhelming support that ate deep into the votes of south West, South East n south south.it would be foolhardy to believe he is as popular as he was pre 2015

the south west can see glaring, how osibanjo has been relegated to the background with almost no say at all.people had erroneously thought he would be able to sway things (buhari and his policies) to favour their region. unfortunately nothing like that happened .

the Vp is merely a figure head as it were, handy only to canvass for votes and nothing more

2019 would be an interesting year though . people would not vote blindly, I can assure you

OBJ should be ashamed of himself advising anybody about Governance. How many times were senate presidents impeached and governors removed during his time. Was it not in his time that people will be online casting their votes while his man (IWU) will be announcing results. How many notable politicians were killed during his time? Infact he should go and rest rather disturb PMB

My opinion is Obasanjo should face his education to become professor, he should put his useless opinion he has practicalised for eight years without results at the four corner of his farm or classroom. If he had made refineries work during his tenure despite billions spent on turn around maintenance and billion dollars spent on power supply without results we wouldn't have been facing fuel and power problem now. If he could spent two good terms without achieving those things he should keep his opinion himself. He led us to this situation with his do or die approach to Nigeria elections and other affairs. We have tested him and he failed, lets give Buhari 8years like Obasanjo before condemning or Obasanjo has forgotten that he's the father of continuity he should allow Buhari to continue. We knew nobody has been given chance like Obasanjo to mend this nation and we all know where we are, so he should be the most blamed individual in this nation.
