0 - 60,000.

Depending on state of vehicle, money he spent washing the car, time vehicle spent in workshop, money spent on fueling depending on how thirsty the car is, driver work ethics.

Ok but let's assume all things are okay

If you get a request for for pick up at local airport (MM2), is there any special way or place to park before rider shows up? Also are there any form of tasks force that disturb cars suspected to be Uber both local and International airport?
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by bily(m): 7:14am On Jan 26, 2018
Schiphol:

1. No. You only need to input your pickup point/Location to request a ride.

2. "Assumption is a mother of all f***ups." The driver does not see riders destination before accepting request.

3a. Yes. He will if you as a rider put your pickup location and destination while requesting the ride.

3b. No. If you did not put destination when requesting the ride.

4. After starting the trip.

5. If the rider did not put destination, the driver will see a blank destination after starting the trip.

6. Again, don't assume. Read numbers 1 to 5 again.

You are right,Just saw an option to 'enter destination later' still wondering what's the benefit of that option to the rider or driver except rider is planning to negotiate offline trip which actually do not favor uber/taxify

@ in bold...Assumptions simply part of a thought process, no need for unnecessary drama

Thanks for the clarification

24hour search and rescue support for every vehicle on the fleet, when assesment reveals it is quicker/more efficient to fix vehicle in workshop, it gets towed immediately. Reduced downtime, saving vehicle from roadside mechanics.

Let's change the way your investment is managed, let's change the narrative.

I believe this is a sponsored post. A big lie. Please tell me how it is possible that someone would try to rape you when his identity can easily be traced? Something that hardly occurred with yellow and black taxi cabs whose drivers were virtually untraceable
I never believed that story from day one, but some riders can really be sent from hell to mess up ones day. U need to be really careful and if u must cause trouble do it where there will be witnesses and make sure u r right.

I will never do taxify if I want to work all night though.

you do not go physical with a woman, dragging a woman out of your vehicle is not right.

That was why u stated ensuring there are witnesses. U must never touch a woman but u can shout more than a woman if necessary.

A lady booked me from freedom way to admiralty road, normal trip of 400...she told me to wait for her to take her back she said at least one hour, it was fine by me cos it was late night and I could use that time to sleep a bit......long and short I ended the trip after like 2hrs plus and fare was 3k nah him lady say she she noh get money.......bros even me wouldn't care if that was the last uber trip I will take in my life......I changed it for her immediately right there in the hotel...the whole hotel nah him come down o...Sun Haven hotel.... The kind shout wet I shout for am ehn, my money commot.
Though I agree the scenario was different to the guys own.....just end the trip and leave her and drive to the security post

E-hailing vehicles cover 4-5000km every month, that is like travelling from lagos-maiduguri 3 times!!!!

The only engine oils that can take such a beating without gradual wear are advanced full synthetic oils, vehicles on our fleet are treated to the best in the market, imported from the U.S market.

If I were to guess, I would wager she's lying. So many holes in her story.

Is it possible you intend to lock someone in your car, you alight from the same car, leave the keys in the ignition and leave the driver door open? It's more likely the driver guy down to force her out of his car.

I watched the video she posted as proof, it was cconveniently edited to her favor. How come the was no audio except at the point where she said 'if you touch me'and then screamed.?

To me, the video corroborated the drivers story more than hers.

Even when she started recording the video, it was not a video of someone is a panic of being kidnapped. She knew what she was doing and wanted to document to her advantage.

Let her release the full video with audio without any edits inbetween

Let me start by saying thank you all for your support so far.
However, my name is Henry Nnaemeka and I’m neither a Rapist nor a Kidnapper. This is my Story.
I’m a taxify driver/ partner, on Thursday the 25th of January 2018 between the hours of 12midnight and 1am I was on my way home from work when I received a taxify rider request from a Ibarhim Eletu Way Which was coincidentally where I was at that time and also same estate I stay, I decided to take that last trip before I go home to rest.
On getting to the pick-up location To pick up the rider (Miss Shola Fapson) she got In my vehicle and just as I started the trip I noticed there wasn’t a destination for the trip so I politely asked her for the destination to know where I’m going to and if it will be convenient for me at that time of the night but she refused to tell me and instead asked me to drive out that she will tell me later, I politely refused and asked severally for the destination but she wouldn’t tell me rather she ordered me in a harsh tone to “Move this car”! On hearing this, I was surprised why she would hold back her destination from me and also ordered me to move the car. It was at this point I told her I wasn’t going anymore, I ended the trip immediately and asked her to come down from the car since we were still at the pick-up location but to my Greatest surprise she refused to come down and then started making some phone calls in Yoruba Language to some people whom I didn’t know disclosing our location to them. At this point, I got scared and was trying to be on the safe side so I drove the car to the front where the estate had a security light which was a few seconds from the pickup location. On getting to the safe place, I came down from the car and politely opened the door and gently asked her to come down from the car. She blatantly refused again and started with her phone calls again.
It was at this point I overheard her conversation on the phone saying she has my car keys and gave out location again to the unknown person at the other end of the phone, I felt really threatened at this point because I couldn’t understand why she would take my car keys and then disclose our location to people I didn’t know. I had to struggle with her to get my car keys from her hands. It was in the process of struggling with her, she sprayed a chemical substance (pepper spray) in my eyes.
I succeeded in getting my keys from her but before I could struggle with my sight and call for help she took off and was nowhere to be found. Some concerned residents and my sisters who heard me shout and call for help came to my rescue. It took me about 45 mins to regain my sight clearly and was taken to my apartment to get some rest only for me to wake up this morning and receive loads of phone calls from friends and family saying I’ve been labelled a KIDNAPPER AND RAPIST. However, the issue has been reported to Taxify and the necessary steps have been taken as shown in their press release. I want to use this medium to thank you family and friends who stood with me in this bad time and also state that I respect women and I am totally against any form of abuse against women.
Thank you all.
#ISTANDFORJUSTICE
I believe you. Any late night trip, ask for destination before even going to the pick up location, if they refuse to tell, cancel immediately, it has saved me a lot of stress....

Yes na but d driver messed up too! My conclusion is that the driver was not out to rape or kidnap her as she alleged also she is not a ritualist as the driver alleged!
1. The driver said he is not doing again but she stubbornly refused to get down
2. Driver was tired and just wanted to go home
3. Passenger was scared and quite rude
4. Passenger could not deal with the wait for a new driver to arrive
5. Both driver and rider were scared and suspicious of each other!

*** Driver should have parked car at the point of request not taking her to his place of residence, driver should not have locked the doors!
*** Rider should have dropped at the point of cancellation or requested the driver not to not start trip if he is not interested in the trip!

There's no best position to get a request.
Let's imagine you are told it's Ikeja and you drive to ikeja for requests and and a request came in and the rider takes you to Lekki will you drive back to ikeja to get another request after the trip?
