there's nothing in that video to prove her version of the story. It even helps to poke holes in her story. Why do you think everyone should automatically believe a woman screaming rape without ist scrutinizing her story. The driver was standing outside the car with the door opened and she was sitting in the car before she used the pepper spray.
In a competent court of law she should be charged for defamation, assault and battery. Any physical assault from the driver was after the pepper spray as we saw the driver did not assault her before that pepper spray because he walked to the gate from the car and not to her initially, so driver can claim self defense. Someone sprayed something in my eyes and I needed to do what I had to do to stay alive as I wasn’t sure what next she was capable of doing.
