MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY SHOULD NOT BE AFRAID OF BUHARI. BUHARI IS ONE MAN AND IF HE'S IMPEACHED NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. THE FULANIS WON'T DO ANYTHING.

. President Buhari is the President and chief security officer of Nigeria . He is assisted by the National Security Adviser , Minister of Defence ,Minister of Interior , Director General of SSS, Chief of Army Staff , Chief of Air Staff , Chief of Naval Staff , Immigration boss, Head of Customs , Director General of NIA etc . Of all these people I mentioned, only the head of Navy which is peripheral to the issue under discussion that is different . Others belong to one religion and are drawn from only one part of the country. It has never happened in the history of this country.

My question if another president from another tribe does exactly this that Buhari has done, would the Hausa FULANI ever allow such to happen?

If the National Assembly seeks to balance the powers of democracy, they should place the anti corruption agencies, DSS, CID, SSS and Police under the control of the Judiciary.

Leave only the military in the hands of the Executive and make laws that forbids their deployment except during Natural Disasters or War.

The National Assembly is NOT under the executive arm of government. They are parallel or equal arms that exist to put each other in check. So, there is no need for NASS members to be afraid of the President, especially, when such President has consistently broken the laws and continues to run the nation in ways that tears the country apart instead of unite it.

Should over 150 million people, represented by the National Assembly members, allow one man - Buhari to over-run them? Why are we so afraid to fight for this country?

So, yes I believe there's a member of NASS who's bold enough to discuss impeachment openly, ofcourse if such member were to lead the Senate. Doing so will threaten Buhari and he will be forced to do the right thing for the entire country instead of favoring his fulani ethnic group only as is the case now.
