Ifeanyimark:Terms and conditions. The story above has a lot of parts that favours the complainant. There are always 3 sides to a story. When the complainant was agreeing to terms and conditions, he didn't make it public. There are many parts to this issue that was conveniently hidden. I refuse to be drawn into an online back and forth squabble, especially when everyone waiting for the downfall of us have drawn out daggers. There are more mature ways to settle an issue, and that is the path i insist on towing. |

Carshopper:Romeo3 destroy partner's honda, by driving it into a pool of water, with massive debt, then abandon and switch to another car. ogunvic41 doesn't pay his car rent for weeks, after uber blocked him for fighting a rider, they both show up here claiming fleet manager, trust this greedy boys at ur own peril. |

The distance between a report of a matter to a police and it becoming a criminal matter is a very short one. Your partner in business has been noted in the past for poor human relations...whether that is true or not, I will not dwell on. You can douse the fire or you can escalate it. Bear in mind that if anything happens to your partner, you will feel the heat and your joint business will feel the heat. You can turn a misunderstanding into a war or you can make good PR out of a bad situation... it is all about handling. I guess I should leave you guys with some thoughts... it is not about saving face, it is already in the public domain, refusing to address issues does not make them go away. Tread carefully.. and do not forget the golden rule...treat others the way you would like to be treated. Many are watching... Proverbs 15:1, 2, 4 1. A mild answer turns away rage, But a harsh word stirs up anger. 2. The tongue of the wise makes good use of knowledge, But the mouth of the stupid blurts out foolishness. . . 4. A calm tongue is a tree of life, But twisted speech causes despair. . . 18. A hot-tempered man stirs up strife, But one who is slow to anger calms a quarrel. . . Proverbs 16:18, 19 , 21 - 25 18. Pride is before a crash, And a haughty spirit before stumbling. 19. Better to be humble among the meek Than to share the spoil of the haughty. . . 21. The wise in heart will be called understanding, And the one kind in speech adds persuasiveness. 22. Insight is a fountain of life to those possessing it, But fools are disciplined by their own foolishness. 23. The heart of the wise one gives his mouth insight And adds persuasiveness to his speech. 24. Pleasant sayings are a honeycomb, Sweet to the soul and a healing to the bones. 25. There is a way that seems right to a man, But in the end it leads to death. |

Romeo3:Is that all you could say? 3 sides of story? He agrees to your terms? So you could mess with him and take advantage of him? So he didn't make the terms public, means if you choke him, he should just accept and wouldn't shout? Come out and explain the 20k registration for driver, you extorted from the owner? That owner you destroy his honda, will soon arrest you. |

Based on the information provided by the partner, This looks like a very simple case that was allowed to turn to something else. insurance was ready to take care of the expenses once a quote was provided. All that was required was just for flexexpert rep and driver to show up. I don't really understand what's so difficult in that. PS.. This is based on the information from a party, would like to hear from other parties involved before making fair deductions |

jpworld:I am not saying more than i already have. I am sorry. There are a lot of things you do not know, and I refuse to be dragged out on a one sided affair. I owe no explanation to you about how to run, or how i run my company. If i ask that you pay a one time driver recruitment fee of 20k, i have my reasons. It's part of my terms. If the terms do not favour You, i will not force. Not everyone is comfortable with the terms sir, and not everyone has done biz with us despite being comfortable with the terms and conditions. Options. Do not castigate the way i run things simply because you do not like them. The honda issue isn't your business either. You do not know what truly happened, and i owe you no explanations. I choose to remain silent over it. |

Romeo3:You publicly advertised on this platform, now there's an issue that has not been resolved to the partners satisfaction, the partner has every right to bring the issue here to ask for meditation if he feels he has tried every matured way of resolution to no avail. The best you could have done is contact the partner, apologize and try to resolve, you can then come here to tell us that it's being handled and will be sorted out. I am seriously rooting for you guyz to succeed. Remember I'm the one that transfered N1.4m to to you guys last year for a purchase without meeting or knowing anyone of you and you delivered. Met you the first time when you delivered on the purchase. It's easier to destroy than to build, I would advice you guys go back to the drawing board and work on the cracks that may affect the longevity of what you're building |

Romeo3:You are showing me ur true colors... Your explanation makes zero sense. 20k for drivers registration and be paid by partner? We thought all those phone numbers you and ogunvic41 is dropping online for people to call is actually free services ![]() I never knew 20k is to be paid and people are here praising you for helping people for free? What ever we need to know say it here, stop using the unknown to deceive us. |

prodigyx1:The first day I had a conversation with this so called Ogunvic was the day I was CERTAIN, he lacks business management skills and I came here on this thread to write about it. You can confirm it. He is the most arrogant, proud and uncultured individual going into business that I have ever encountered in my life. I already said things like this will happen and I pity those that still deal with him. Although birds of a feather will always flock together. so people of similar like-minds like him will be able to do business with him. Sorry for this experience bro, its the signature of a terrible and untrained and unskilled individual. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by cooldood(m): 6:46pm On Jan 27, 2018 |
Romeo3:Oga, you dont run business on arrogance, as simple as that. Your clients (as long as you agree to take them on board) are YOUR KINGS. You are there to serve them, not the other way round. Except they forced themselves on you. Nobody is bringing out dagger to run you guys down, the very first day you guys decided to run your business based on arrogance, you have already 'daggered yourselves'. Its just coming to light bit by bit. I am watching this una movie in 7D sha, with pop corn for hand. |

Its not proper to denigrate somebody else's person or business especially if u are not directly involved in this matter. What some of us have displayed here is typical hate and nothing more. I don't see how these hate comments have helped in alleviating this matter but rather making it worse. U may hate someone or what he does but u don't have to brazenly show ur intentions of wanting to destroy. Every startup business has its teething challenges and I think ogunvic and co have grown faster than they should. Pls let's all show restraint and @ogunvic should please do the needful. |

The police have power to invite for questioning, to summon, and to arrest If the police should repeatedly invite someone and he doesn't That is an affront not only on the investor and the other party whose vehicle was damaged but on the state Hope you have lawyers.... are you taking on more than you can chew? If the apparatus of the state turns on you, you are a goner, no one fights the state and wins. To make matters worse, you refused to come and refused to allow the driver to come (read that to mean obstruction of justice aka perverting justice) have you ever heard of collusion, complicity, conspiracy and corroboration...partners in crime You had a presumption of innocence...by refusing to come repeatedly, the presumption of innocence is gone can someone tell me why this cannot become both a criminal and civil case against you? Is your time more precious than the time of those who deceived repeatedly to wait for you to come? |

ewebiodun:So we should clap for ogunvic41 for doing a stupid job? How about the complainant? How do you think he feels, after so called fleet manager abandon his car? I was once cheated by his friend, rather than say the truth, he came to defend him by saying he is honest and hardworking guy, claiming I was blackmailing the guy online, when i bring out more proof, none of them refuse to talk about the matter. I repeat, ogunvic41 has a questionable character. Partners be warned! |

jpworld:I am not supporting @ogunvic. But we can still do better on this matter. Even big companies mess up to. Let's encourage ourselves on how to be better rather than pull down Take advantage of this situation @ogunvic by resolving asap and come out better and stronger. Use this as ur learning curve |
