yorex2011: kaythinks:Yea most times design pattern doesn't matter But for projects that are based on retrieving information, information gathering apps. I will just use direct model access, no problem. But for applications that render complex services, the repository pattern is good and the right fit. I am really ok with Object-relational mappers which is very cool in Laravel. Codes that allow you call the database as if you are talking to classes E.g Person()->get() in laravel will mean select * from person table |
