Good day guys,I bought a phone from Jumia and paid with my card since Friday and it still says "your item is awaiting fulfillment". What does that mean? and when am i supposed to get it?

They will probably cancel your order after 21 days for no reason and refund your money after another 10 days. Meaning they have done business with your money for 30 days
