Police Officers are also human beings, they also deserve to go home to their families at the end of their shift.

If on duty and they are shot at by a perpetrator then they have a duty to defend their lives.

The bad guys could lay down their weapons and turn themselves into the local stations if they don't want lead inside their skulls. I personally prefer extra judicial killings in Nigeria though. Let's wash the land of all bad people. Operation No Mercy.
