As a result, no one will be an employee. Everyone will be an entrepreneur.

Hint: It's not postsible.

Now there are three key people whom, if your CV can just get to them, they have the power to get you employed.

1. Heads of the department, unit or team in which you wish to work
2. The HR Manager
3. The CEO, MD or founder of the company

Please could you share or give hints of how or medium to get your CV across to such people especially if you do not know them in person

Are you one of them? because i can't remember being specific about anyone in particular. if the shoe fits you however, you should wear it.

that would depend on the industry you are applying for a position.
Some places, you can even ask a security officer to point you to the office of the HR. There you state your reason for coming and drop your CV.
In some companies, HRs collect CV from people pending when there would be a job opening. Same goes for head of departments in some organizations.
For the manager, most times you have to know him in person to pull that off.

Like the one of the search for Job and attend interview before you are done with service year.

If you are serving in a state like Kebbi, Zamfara or Ebonyi, how possible can that be?
first of all, use your social media for job search. For instance, on Instagram you would see profiles like zamfara connect, ibadan brand, ebonyi247, kebbi jobs etc. Check for those ones that post jobs around you. Follow them and other related pages. These people are usually tagged to job vacancies around the state and they repost as soon as they see anyone available. Secondly, follow hashtags of job vacancies especially your state. Hashtags like #kebbijobs, #zamfaravacancies etc. Also, attend free conferences around you especially the ones posted on social media. You'll get to meet a lot of people who would help in one way or another.
The internet is there for all, make good use of it. Also visit www.dreamjobs.ng/jobs to search for some jobs around you.
