I am planning to start building a house in the next 3-4 Months time.

I want to build a 4 bedroom bungalow and the first stage will be from foundation to roofing and plastering. Can N3,000,000 Satisfactorily take it from foundation to plastering?

Location is Sango Otta area.

Brother, cost of material vary every day by day .if u plan 3m to it could very no the next week .But in next 3-four month in can very but for now 4m can .I stay very close to sango otta.And I supply building materials like sharp sand ,plaster sand ,gravel, granite ,e.t.c my whatapp number 08039582897 or call.

What I would just need is someone to supervise the building works and make sure it comes out neatly as designed by architect.
