Obviously the container is empty otherwise it would have catapulted. Since the upper end and middle is fell fastened, I do not think there is an issue.

Useless Ogun state TRACE wey dey like kwashiorkor patient carry me go office for not wearing passenger seat belt just at the junction to enter the highway! I have marked his face forever! that 6k I paid for seat belt would have to be repaid somehow sooner or later

And if he is apprehended by Road Safety official, same Nigerians attributing this madness to lack of safety practice will be quick to castigate Road Safety. We really need to change our mentality and do the right henceforth.

that truck can successfully get to its destination without coming across any road safety officers. the people area around should be able to stop the truck and hand the driver to the police, its simple, we Dont wait till when it causes casualty.

You must be a newcomer to Nigeria. People arresting the truck for the Police? Do you know the kind of offence the people must have committed then? By the time the police will finish counting the offence(if you are lucky bullet no follow), you will never walk where truck passes.

The police we know are interested in their N1,000 per truck, N200 for buses, N100 for cars, N50 for Keke and Okada calibrated depending on the police formation.
