Yea. I believe they are shifting the entire application process to their portal. So that message mandates all who successfully applied through their mail to reapply through their online portal.
So if you have already done this you should ignore the mail. As stated on the message

I did not receive any message from them ohh...I am not an engineer, or was it engineers alone that received the message?

Pls I just received a mail that I v being invited for an online assessment from nestoil, has anyone received such.
