Hi peeps,
I have an accessible 100 acres of tractorable land for Cassava farming in Ibadan but I don't have cash at hand to work on it.
I am presently doing the little I can manually but would appreciate partnership.You bring the money,I supervise with my presence on any number of acres you want.
For those who are working,u can invest in this venture.You,at your convenience, and as time permits,can check the progress of the farming process.
At the end of 12 months,we harvest and share the profit on a pre-agreed ratio.
There shall be legal binding of this agreement.
To cultivate an acre of cassava,it requires a maximum of #65000 with ROI of at least 250%.
