A mentally-challenged man has been caught on camera in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, trying to separate two bus conductors fighting. According to @buchiddon on Instagram, he shared a photo and video from the scene and wrote; "Wat won’t I see in dis Port Harcourt sef!!! A mad man seen separating a bus conductor n a passenger. Begging den to stop fighting shouting at d top of his voice ” e don do na “.
