Nope I don't think she cheated.

What may have happened is that during her first marriage, her now husband could have been a friend and someone whom she confides in when things were getting ugly in her marriage. With women if the relationship or marriage is nt going well, there is always this understanding guy, ready to listen to her problems and complains. That does not mean she will fucvk him.
Women are emotional while men are sexual. (well, saying from my own perspective)

So with time, the guy outside will view her in a different light from what her husband at-home sees in her. And in the guy's mind, he will be like, let this husband or bf fucvks up, I will marry this lady, I don't care what people say. I will try and make her happy.

The husband at home is consumed about women chasing after him, even impregnating a strange woman outside, forgetting other men are watching and waiting for him to fucvk up and quickly marry his wife.

What a life.
