I greet all.

Pls I need to get a little more understanding on what km/l fuel rating of car means.

I saw a car with rating 12km/l

So I assume this means for evey 12km of distance covered, one litre of fuel goes.

Now.. assume the distance from point A to point B is 12km.

Does this mean 2 litres of fuel will take me from point A to point B and Back to point A (24km distance in total)
?

Also that 2 * N145 =N290 of feul can take me a distance of 24km ??

Undulating terrain- climbing hills, more acceleration, less km/L. Down hill, less acceleration, more km/L.
Drive pattern - hard throttle, frequent braking- less km/l
Traffic- longer time engine runs - lesser km/l.
