I beg oh Please i saw this wall abi fence when I was crossing the road to enter GT and I asked what's the need of barbed wire on a wall that someone can just ignore and walk into the compound. Abi someone has an explanation? Please share, if not, this is hilarious

It may likely because you are to be seen by the securities if you come through the front whereas nobody is likely see you coming through the back fence, hence the barbed wire!! 2 Likes |
