I donated Two pints of blood so far,doctor called it polycytemia

That's right, exanguination. One pint reduces the PCV by 3%.
What was the pre-donation pcv?
You should also be careful not to donate too frequently, could lead to hemodynamic instability. @coolestchris

ok it was 49% first time I checked, so after donating one pint it became 40% ,donated again it went to 37% ,started blood tonic medication, now am on 43%

What are you taking blood tonic for? Besides, a PCv of 42% or less in a man isnt a problem. So long as there are no suggestive symptoms of polycythaemia - headache, dizziness, giddiness, heavy slow heart beats etc. Donations shouldn't be more than once in 3months for your own good
