Security operatives have arrested a notorious gunrunner; one Christian Chidebere and Benjamin Mallo at a hideout in a village in Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau state, according to a statement released by Operation Safe Haven.

Christian Chidebere, a native of Enugu State, had been hunted by the army and police for a long time before he was found and arrested by troops last week...

A search was conduced at his hideout as many guns both pistols and rifles were recovered by the security agents.

The other suspect, Benjamin Mallo was arrested a handmade rifle with live bullets.

Both suspects are currently in police custody and are helping with investigation.

They are quick to arrest those arming Plateau state indigenes against Fulani herdsmen but quiet about who is arming the herdsmen

Am just dissapointed once again on our intelligent agencies. Imagine, so all those guns where recovered from the first man? Which kind lie be this? If police lay accusations for ur head, then u will know devil is your friend. I will never believe that because I know what them (police) can do. More than 20gun on one person?
