The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has declared Kazeem Afegbua wanted over the statement he issued on behalf of former military president, Ibrahim Babangida on Sunday.

He ordered the arrest of Afegbua for “making false statements, defamation of character, and for an act capable of instigating public disturbance,” the Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood said in a statement on Monday night.

It read, “The IGP has ordered the arrest of Kashim Afegbua for making false statements,defamation of character and for an act capable of instigating public disturbance throughout the country.

if the spokesman is speaking for himself no problem with that , because he has freedom of speech and expression constitutionally. but speaking for someone without authorization that is defamation of character.

The IGP is a jobless interloper who is trying so much to please his tyrant master .

It has not been established that IBB complained to the police why are they moving faster than their shadow if they are not acting the script of propaganda APC.
