Not bad. Capacity is small though, just about 10,000+

If it's big enough there's nothing wrong with it being used as a home for a sports club or even the National Team for friendlies.

That's not the intention, this is appropriate for it purpose and is just fine.

Yeah, just like the 50,000 capacity Faith Tabernacle was 'just fine' until it became too small and plans are now underway to build a bigger, 100,000 capacity auditorium.
