Fellow brethren, I listened to a message on radio this morning about the likes of our father Abraham, Moses, David, Peter, Paul and many others not being in heaven yet but waiting for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The man of God said something about the 1st, 2nd and 3rd heaven. He said the 1st heaven is where the birds and other celestial creatures exist, the 2nd heaven is where we have the moon, sun and the planets and the 3rd heaven is where God almighty resides and that is where the righteous will be taken to after the second coming of Christ. The good thing is, he had biblical text supporting all of these but I couldn't take them down because I was busy. Can someone please help with those scriptures?

I am afraid you have been scammed.

● There is no one in Heaven(Eternal Reward) or Hell(Eternal Damnation) inside of the Kingdom of God to this day. All dead born-agains sleep in their graves awaiting the return of Jesus Christ and His Judgment of the sheep and goats in the Kingdom. All those first heaven, second heaven tales are just that... tales.

● And as for Heaven for those of the Old Testament, their Heaven is forever in the land of Canaan as described by God in Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20. That promise will only be fulfilled after the resurrection, not before. Until that time arrived, all the Old Prophets and saints of old sleep in their graves waiting for the time when God will restore His Holy land and gather back His Israel.
