They all look too fresh to have ran the race. They obviously went to wait for the winner at the finish line at Okoyi. Look at my governor's head ooo! Is his mother igbo?

These ones can't run neither can they squat, they ain't fit physically to run such a race.

Btw this race can be fine tuned rather than hold up the whole city. For example, different local governments can be encouraged to pick a date and do it within their space and those who must participate must show evidence of fitness before they get the kit.
