A pastor phrophesied about an outbreak new viral disease in the year 2017. The year ended and nothing of such occurred and everyone said he was a fake prophet.

True prophets stop evil prophecies from occurring, false prophets watch them happen to prove a point. Eithers ways, God is their judge.
