On point of correction, there is no correlation between wealth and civilisation.
A country that bans women from driving and riding in a taxi with men cannot in any ramification be adjudged to be civilised no matter how rich.
But it's a free world and you're entitled to your opinion, it doesn't make it right though.

I wasn't pointing the rich part per se but the standard of living of such countries. How well do the citizens of those countries live in comparison to other countries?

What is the point of civilization if gays are allowed to marry and yet an American is 25 times more likely to be killed by a cop than a terrorist? In comparison to a country like Saudi Arabia? Should we also look at the gun laws that have killed both adults and kids in america?

By what measure should we judge some countries civilised as opposed to other countries as uncivilised even when those countries we call uncivilised live a higher quality of life? I mean when have you heard of a man opening fire on school kids or a cop shooting someone randomly?

My main point is this, you cannot term one country uncivilised because they do not condone certain things and call other countries civilised even when those countries have laws that cause the death of human lives or certain flaws within their system that causes it. We should not use the culture or the absence of it so to speak of a country as a benchmark to judge which country is civilised or isn't.

It is hypocrisy.

They were arguing about food, so Nina told ifu that some ate in the morning and are eating again, ifu called her a dumb girl, and nina fired back by calling her stupid, she was surprised that Nina could call her stupid so she asked her again and nina called her very very stupid.And took her plate and left.
Ifu started making disparaging remarks like how could the dumbest person in the house call her stupid ,then the housemates especially Khloe started telling ifu that she was at fault .
So ifu went to confront Nina in her chair and tempers began to flare, that was when the most handsome man in the world (miracle) got involved and started telling ifu to back off and give Nina her space, that she would talk when she's ready...
Then Nina came out from the bathroom and blasted ifu.
