Yes, maybe, but no funds to begin, also I don't see much of a future in it in Nigeria, I also don't want to take the risk of being hunted bdown by those whose investment would be threaten but biofuel.

Also you can bet that the government would frustrate your efforts.
However this is just speculation, it might be different.
