How is he a fool? yes we kn the governor one person but he have people working with him, so if the people who are to report all these 2 d governor turn a blind eye 2 it, i didnt see any wrong in it if this youngman decides 2 draw d governor's attention 2 dis inhumane act.

When you refuse to use tax payer money for education, roads, hospitals etc, you become the victim of your own corruption.

You get accidents on bad roads you created, because uneducated robbers blocked the good parts, you are rushed to the nearest hospital but there are no drugs cos you looted the funds, there are no doctors cos they ran abroad due to unemploment...and the viscious cycle continues.

You die. No one has access to your stolen funds. It's in secret names, in secret accounts located in secret banks.

He would have atleast used the right channel to report or better still an open letter reporting those who where given the contract instead of making it seem as if it's the governor that executes the contract.

You are right though, but you failed to understand that the governor is the head. If the program succeeds he takes glory, if it fails he also takes the blame.

sorry o .... Uu call it a contract right?? Yes... Before a contract is awarded, there are criteria to follow... Let's see this from this angle.. The governor appoints a commissioner, the commissioner then appoints a director to award the contract... After proposals the commissioner takes it to the governor for his signature...after all said and done the project was a flop .... Who then is to blame...... Nobody but we that elected the fucking governor who appointed a fucking commissioner who then appointed a fucking director that awarded the the contract to the fuckinf company.... So don't abuse Paul... Because any mistake done below is just the continuation of the mistake done above... Tnx and hope u understand
