Uhh, so sorry this is coming really late. I hope you've fixed your phone. Well I got hers fixed for free. I took it back to Slot from where we bought the phone. though I couldn't get it back immediately, it took some days.

pls I need ur help, my itel 1550 started displaying unfortunately google has stop and I took it to Carlcare in dey said dey don't have software to fix it.so I took it to an engineer that repair phone he told me dat I need to get another itel 1550 so dat he will use it as back up file and flash my own and I don't know anybody that has d phone pls help me.

Got the itel prime 4 today at 28k with the latest android 7.1 or something. But why is the batt capacity a meagre 3000MAH?? Would have loved it to be at least 6000MAH just like the prime 3? Why do bad things happen to good people

You didn't inquire about battery capacity before purchase? Or do you expect itel to add extra 3000mah to your battery capacity after you have already bought the phone? Don't blame itel for this, blame yourself.

Did i even tell u i didn't see d battery capacity of both before buying? the itel guy here hardly replies.

i dont know if i should say i regret buying the itel p51 i am using. bought it around December.

just two days ago it started laggng badly... then it rebooted.. after that it started showing process
com.android.phone not responding
followed by system UI not responding.

today now, it has changed.. it reboots every 5 minutes when there is network. if it doesnt reboot then know it hasnt detected my sim cards.

i have done factory reset.... problem remains....

you need to flash the stock rom.. yours is already damaged

check online for itel 1550 stock rom.. yours is damaged already.. you need to download new stock rom and flash it.. see a good phone repairer
