Governments all over the world borrow to finance projects, Nigerian government borrowed and is still borrowing to finance projects so even if Osun borrowed to finance projects, does it alter the fact that Aregbe delivered more infrastructures than Ambode and the rest of the governors in Nigeria combined?

Abeg help us tell the best governor and the hardest governor in Africa to help us clean Lagos, we gave him N830 billion budget, the largest state budget in the history of Nigeria, but Lagos is full of trash all over the place and even projects sef, na only 4 projects you fit list...
