I am a victim to PayPal's hammer. It's been over 180 days that my account got limited and I have received email that I can now withdraw the fund but I don't know how to go about it.

I know you can do that. But how many of that account have you actually used to successfully receive payment. Opening the account is not my problem. Receiving payment successfully is what I’m talking about. It gets the point you are asked for ID and utility bill. What will you do??

I noticed visa card work well than MasterCard but I used a MasterCard though and you can use same even though I use a dollar MasterCard

Nothing yet bros. It seems the funds will just be inside PayPal until you withdraw with your card. This is very risky considering they can just close your account anytime they like.

With lesotho PayPal account?

Forget about all those Lesotho, Congo, US etc etc PayPal account by Proxy. It just doesn't work.

You may be successful in opening it but, PayPal may limit your $$$ account when it pains you the most and notify you to provide government issued documents that give you the rights to be in Lesotho/US or to operate account from Lesotho/US.

If you are unable to provide such genuine documentation, you might as well just kiss the $$$ bye bye.
