Oh yes... you need to pack your toiletries in a separate bag, due to scents. You will be needing to stay back after VD for minimum 12hours. For Egyptian women delivery, minimum stay is 3 days... so hospital bag should be double in item quantity.

And erhmmm... I've been wanting to talk about what I used when I needed blood after my Cs, but it sounds so yucky that I just freeze when I want to type.

For whoever wants to boost her blood, I think garden egg leaves is very good. But if you find yourself in a location where you have no access to it, you can do what I did, that is, if it's not so irritating to you.

I first tried malt mixed with satchet tomato-preferably De Rica brand(I love raw tomatoes so it tasted nice to me).
The boost it gave me was not fast enough (cos I needed it urgently to prevent transfusion). So I had to go gangster!

I drank malt mixed with tortoise blood! The malt overshadowed the blood so I didn't really taste anything different from malt, but the mere thought of it was what irritated me. However it's a very rich blood booster! Then I ate pepper soup made with the tortoise meat. Super delicious

I did it twice and voila! I was good to go. My pcv had shot up really well. So just in case someone needs this.

Wow, nothing mums won't do for the love of their babies. .

The weakness i experience now dey another degree.

I have pains in the bones in my lower back, arround the buttocks side. Is this normal?

I used pregnacare plus till 12 weeks , i didnt experience any nausea , weakness was also mild. The increased signs started after i stopped it. I was given folic acid and fesolate only during antenatal. I dont know if all these things i experience is caused by increase age of fetus or just the pre-natal drugs i stopped.

I'm on Evergreen Natal Care before I registered for ANC. I was given their routine drugs which includes: folic acid, fesolate and Vic C. When I asked my doctor if I should add fesolate to my natal care, he checked the supplement facts of the drug and told me to continue with it that it already contains fesolate. So
I think you should talk to your doctor in your next ANC appointment.

Truthfully, I'll say it's not easy to differentiate the original from the fake from its package. Just get from a reliable source n let the seller knw dt u need the original.

For mama's that complained about zero/low libido, try and look for something healthy that can increase it or try and zero your mind from anything that'll distract when you're doing it, engage in pre-intimacy and try to be in control. You can Google sex styles for pregnant women.

For those that complained about muscle pain, please take your calcium supplement, enough water and also take milk. Also rest when you're tired, abeg no price for supermom or super career woman. Health is wealth.

Pregnancy no mean say shakara don end, who they look my face,they no see my condition. We need to look beautiful for our self and also our spouse or do you think they don't love it when they hear compliments like "omoh! Your wife get belle and she still fine like this, I dy jealous you oo or when someone tell you that you're pregnant and still shining. Omoh shine the shine, sometimes makeup and stay at home, loosen your hair from that hair net and shine biko. Sew that fine maternity style and slay. You're not holier than pope.

Always remember to pray, eat healthy and take your prenatals. If there's any problem, ask us and also see your doctor.

Edd: 10/07/18. I'm already battling with swollen feet thankfully with normal BP. Due for 2nd dose of TT next week. I also have coccydynia which causes pain on sitting and standing from prolonged sitting. No other symptom to the glory of God. From which GA can we know baby's sex?

Yes ma, there is remedy. You need a stretch mark removal cream. I know of an effective one. It has no side effects as of is made from plant extract.

Some people swear that it works. I'd thought of taking it before I took it. But that is if both mum n mil OK it. And someone gets it. I don't plan going in search of it.
On the flip side, I'm just comfortable with my prenatals.

My dh came back home with the news of his being declared wanted for robbery and car snatching. Who? The very first doctor who attended to me in my pregnancy! I still can't believe it. He told me it was all over the internet. shocked

I quickly googled his name from the complimentary card he gave me, and it was all there! I still didn't want to believe that the very learned doctor who treated me of UTI and candida when I was 6 weeks gone is the leader of a robbery gang and syndicate group!

I almost registered with his hospital for my antenatal, but had to switch to a general hospital. The guy is really good in his job, and very welcoming. He took his time to explain things I needed to know (some of which I had learnt on this thread). He sure knows his onions.

Mehn! Still unbelievable, I came to Nairaland and searched his name. Same thing. Pistols and live ammunition were even recovered from his office shocked

alongside a face mask according to the report. I'm literally shivering.
