Am I the only one who noticed that whenever the federal government and the Nigerian army come out to say that Boko Haram has been defeated, the terrorists always reply them with a new attack. RIP to the dead

Just earlier in the week, Nigerian Army said they've completely decimated/defeated Boko Haram and that Shekau disguised as a woman to escape, but just last night they struck, killing 22 persons. Na wa o. Lies every where.
