We had the previledge of building a warehouse and attached Bq for a nairalander..

Purpose of building:
it's meant to be a budget building as it's a temporary structure which would serve as a storage facility and a temporary shelter.

Details of design :
1. 2 units mini flat
2. Warehouse

There was no german flooring done after sand filling... We boarded the blockwalls for the Bq area and it was casted

Blockwork to lintel level/lintel works

Lintel was done only where necessary and for openings only

Thanks for showing the floor plan, I know it’s not always possible due to privacy.

I find it more useful than 3D. Maybe you can put a logo on it so it can’t be easily stolen.

Approximately how much to complete this?

Thanks ..the beam doesn't have to be two way as it's not carrying a slab, the work of the beam is just to transfer roof load to the columns .. and proper structural calculations was done before construction was done .
