Talking about autoimmune u need more of Natural therapies with ginger, turmeric, garlic, mint leaves, mustard, blackseed and coconut oil. U won't take all together but choose d 1 dat is easy to find n b consistent. I made a post on this a while back.

i dont even hv pcos,i was misdiagnose after hysteroscopy.1 ovulate n mestraute now but my linning is thin 4 implatation,yes hysteroscopy promote twins,becos after d sugery,they will put a catheter or iud 4 u 2 carry 4 3months,it will block d egg but u will menstruate,wen d iud are removed u will hv hyperovulation.dat is y most lucky ones hv twins.someone in ivf thread after so failed ivf,did hysteroscopy n end up with triplets...u wont really understand except u hv Uterine problems like scars,polyps, septrum affecting ur implantation.cheers.

I did hysteroscopy end of January and up till now i'm still spotting, i dnt knw if this is normal or there's cause to panic. Althou i spoke with my gyne and he assured me that all is well and the spotting will stop with time but i dnt tink it shud take this long. Pls mama, wat do u tink

Was d hysteroscopy 2 remove scars or polyps,are u on catheter or iud,are on combition3 or any estrogen. i also spotted throughout ,i didnt know wen af come becos d sporting.if u are taking any herb or supplement,pls stop it asap becos it will interupt ur estrogen,irritate ur uterine linning n u will continue 2 sport.secondly if are on t-shape copper iud,ask ur gynea if he removed d wires inside a iud,those wire cause more inflamations & sportings. lastly,reduce stress n heavy liptings.cheers.

if u repeat hsg n ur uterine linning is not scared.u will now know is pcos 4 real n start vitex. i took 4 bottles of vitex 2 treat pcos without knowing my linning has rescard,till i repeat hsg. so i will advice repeat hsg b4 vitex.cheers
