I totally disagree on the issue of jamb setting up fake this fake that to catch someone.

The momenvI see its jamb doing this, thee is no way I won't fall for that trap cos I will believe its legal.

I will practically sue them to court if they try that with me.

Not really.

Making it public will discourage so many people from trying.

It will also warn the perpetrators that their game is up thus making it twice difficult for them to continue in the 'business'.
