E fit be them them developers that always rent houses after the normal first years that they get to pay, most of them don't pay rent again , some even doing like they own the house . They plenty for Lagos na,na why some tribes don't rent their houses anytime they hear is it them developers that want to collect it. Smh for them

Seperating anger from a benin person like severing the head from the body . They are both compactable you cant seperate them. Is what i see both at work and at the market place . I have been in benin since the report of a car thst was hung on the fence, around ring road . Which i read here on nairaland before moving to benin.

Well, I may not blame the landlord because of experiences of people I've heard and more importantly how some tenants relate with my grand mother, sometimes the octogenarian will have to remind them how she labored so hard to build the house yet the tenant won't comply with simple health ethics rules. I wonder why some people behaves that way. They will be owing rents of up to 6months and the best way to plea for time to pay up is by showing you how much they can terrorize you so you will be scared to ask for their rent.
