I came across Fleet Xpert on this thread late last year and on 2nd of January 2018 I went to their office at Lekki.
Ogunvic and I agreed it will cost #1,340,000 for buying and refurbishing.
I gave him #1,150,000 and a Spectranet modem to buy a Peugeot 406 for me which I am to balance them #190,000 when the car starts working.

Ogunvic said the car will be ready and start working after 2 weeks(which is 16th of January, 2018). Towards 16th of January
he told me he is waiting for the road worthiness before the car starts working. He kept posting me, saying the car will be ready soon.

I called Gazzuzz January ending and explained the issue to him which he called Ogunvic and Romeo3 to resolve the issue.

On 4th of Feb, 2018 I met with Romeo3 he showed me a Peugeot 406 which does not worth beyond #500,000 and he proposed that from the #190,000 balance
they will remove #50,000 for every week they have defaulted in providing the car and before 2 to 3 weeks the car will be ready.

It's 20 days since I meet with Romeo3 and they haven't provided the car.

Ogunvic has put off his phone and whenever his phone is ON, he rejects my calls.

All I want now is my money back as part of the money I gave them was from a facility I got which I have started the repayment
since January ending.

Sorry for what you are going through. What newbies fail to realize that it is almost impossible to deliver 50k a week to an investor, this is just being said to woo investors and when you are neck deep in the deal, you won't be told it is not possible but would be given a lot of stories.

Investors need to know that this is also the only source of income for the drivers and the drivers have needs just like the owner of the vehicle, your fleet manager is also hungry and also wants easy money all on the bill of the investor.

The drivers put in a lot hours a day but cannot make target because he has to fuel car and after so many hours he has to rest, there is no mercy on the car and the car is never taken care off, usually having shortage of engine oil because car is always on the road.

Anyone wanting to invest in this business needs to drive the car for himself for at least a month to find out what is obtainable so tnat you are not being promised a lot of things and eventually get disappointed.

So basically the only trustworthy person here is Gazzuzz. And I really had (have?) high hopes for Romeo3 when he first started.

Lesson 1 : never offer what u can't get in return. Rentals this period can't cross the 40k barrier.

Lesson 2: when you can't get it, return, end contract or negotiate

Lesson 3: never assume you know it all. Always seek advice, form good partnership

Lesson 4: never, never, never say call me, I will put u through. First put yourself through and note what works for u fit no work for me ...

This ogunvic and Romeo issue reminds me of early last year when ponzi schemes was the in thing, put 20k get 40k in 2days.... To imagine they came here and made hardworking drivers like me and chilex look lazy, so many drivers are still bearing the brunt of their 50k weekly, some partners had to change clauses and some came up with shared maintainance ....in all they changed the game but in a wrong way..

The main problem here is not about the weekly deliver. But no car has been handled over to me for almost 2 months.

I think Ogunvic spent the money and he also has stained Romeo3 reputation.

I have been too patience.
Please I need assistance in getting my money back.
Thanks.

Nope they didn't... they almost did change rental delivery, but then the pros knew 50k wasn't possible wink

Kunletoks, take the case to the appropriate authority and get your cash back.
Ogunvic once stated he has about 7 cars (personal) on uber, so getting your cash shouldn't be a problem, just visit SARS and state what happened.
