yea it can be tracked without his phone.....the service provider can do that with just his no .....they don't need his phone to do that

Chances are there that he never got to the caller before been abducted. also, he may have been abducted after meeting with the caller.

I noticed how everyone is pointing accusing fingers on the caller here on nairaland, this is one of the reasons why the Nigeria prison is full of convicted innocent people, who proper investigation could have lead to their exoneration.
We however dwell in a society where deductive reasoning reigns Supreme, even on the side of the police force.

I wish him safe return as soon as possible.
But in case he doesn't make it, and his last caller knows nothing about it... I wish him (the caller fair trial).
