You obtain the form when it is out..
Sit for English test and score above cut-off 40
Sit for departmental test if score above 40
Wait for recommedation
Pay fees ..acceptance,schl fees & others
Start lectures

Please, is there any microbiology applicant that saw the RECOMMENDED thing on his or her application status under print document? Because I haven't seen any. And I want to known if only Agronomy department are the only one that has been recommended or its all other departments.
