It usually shows "connected with the OTG cable, go to settings and turn on OTG". The problem start this afternoon after I finish charging it. I really need help

do a factory reset.

and use an original charger not usb cable

Did you use the original charger? Coz I think it's a charging port error. Take it to Carlcare
