Yes fact is all his projects does not justify the amount the state is spending. For crying out loud we have a budget of almost a trillion naira and what do we have to show for it. Just bus stops, one or two over bridges, few pedestrian bridges and poorly tarred roads. Meanwhile we are battling with enormous refuse everywhere and brt reduction of road lanes causing us heavy traffic.

Poverty is a disease becos it also affect the brain and reduce the ability for someone to think proper. Now, if the sea is dirty and some waste product such as plastic, nylon etc are not cleared from the sea, it affects the aquatic life, which in turns affect Human becos we feed on Fishes.
