This is the 4th day since my phone disappeared and MTN is unable to retrieve my line and it's frustrating. This is a line that I recharge 10k or more every week and yet they don't feel the urgency to do something about my line. I am losing money everyday and can't keep waiting for them. Please who knows if it's possible to port that number to another network while it's not active. I can not sit here and watch MTN ruin my life and business.
