hazard has the said ability, but all the one-time pass stuff is not his style, pogba also has vission and has a better passing range than KDB, but KDB is all about the passing why pogba is more drimble less passing.

I also think the teams tactics can do a lot to a players style/abilty


for example pogba under conte did 20+ goals and assist in 3 seasons straight, meanwhile under mou man de struggle to hit dsame height.
