It seems Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has also been bitten by the APC NEGATIVE CHANGE bug. Or how do you explain the over 200 per cent increase in annual land use charge from N58,000 to N400, 000? Now many landlords across the state are already threatening their tenants with rent increase. I read Jimi Disu's analysis today and i am impressed. Has Ambode forgotten that the election is next year?

Lagos is APC conqured territory they can do what they like with the people in fact they see the people only as money making machine, they are always bragging about IGR, which they get from the blood of lagosian ,look at the lekki toll gate increment. if you do a thorough audit ,you will find huge difference in revenue generated and below average projects they are executing ,they are lucky lagosians don't ask questions, in fact they are not looking at their side, they are busy chasing survival..
