Ese!!! With fired determination and focus, it can be achieved. How was Dubai decades ago? ..but now... On funding...Nigerians in diaspora remitted $21 billion in 2015... most of these monies come from the eastern region people. If the funds are channeled to the region as developmental vehicle, these can be achived in 20, 30, 50 years time. 3 Likes
