Banana is very good to eat but as a kitchen dude I made stew out of it. It's just the beginning of my life with food if you want to know how I made it just as your questions. Will put pics later

There are some other people with that name on Facebook. How do I identify yours?
Secondly, is it a group, a page, or a personal account?

Wow,
This I would love to see....
I am so not a fan of the banana (although so many people are)....
I'm more so into citrus fruits...but I can see the banana working well in a stew because of its creamy texture.
It probably would fall apart if u put it in and let it slow cook OR it would stay together if u add it in at the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Anyhow, you'd have the sweet and savory thing going on.
Would love to see pics of it.

Ok...see I was meaning that if the banana was cut into pieces, then it would like "melt" into the stew if the stew was cooked a long time. BUt if the pieces were dropped into the stew like 5 minutes before you took it off the stove, then they probably wouldn't "melt".
Do u mean chopping when you said "pounding"?
Great...can't wait to see the pics!

I see there's no vegetable oil in the recipe. was it an omission or is this stew oil free? would love to have an oil free stew.
