This is a given, it's already entrenched in the Nigerian Constitution, no public servant shall earn double pay from the public treasury. He should not play politics with this as he has been a beneficiary of this fraud for more than 10 years.
of what value is a state law to what is already a criminal offence in the federal constitution.
